Andy has over 20 years' experience in delivering products and services to the telecommunications and media industries. Andy has held executive product and corporate marketing positions at leading technology companies including; Visible World, Inc.; Sun Microsystems, Inc.; Microsoft Corporation; Silicon Graphics, Inc.; and Pinnacle Systems, Inc. Andy was the founder and CMO of 365 Media, and holds a B.S. in electrical and electronic engineering from Brooklands Technical College, England.
Ian Smith, Founder and Chief Marketing Officer:
Ian has over 20 years' experience in developing and delivering consumer-focused branded products, programs, and services across multiple industries. Ian has helped multiple brands manage the move from mass marketing to more targeted, relationship and social-based marketing programs. Ian was Managing Director of Route 15 Media, and held marketing leadership roles at Kraft Foods, Inc. Ian holds a B.S. (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from The City University, London.
Brian Banmiller, Chairman:
Brian is one of the nation's most experienced and respected broadcast journalists covering the world of business. As a National Business Correspondent for CBS News Radio for the past 25 years, his "Banmiller on Business" reports are heard by millions. His television career began as a Contributing Correspondent for "The Wall Street Journal Report on Television". He then became Executive Producer and Anchor of the nationally syndicated television business news magazine "On the Money with Brian Banmiller" and later as Managing Editor and Co-Anchor of "Silicon Valley Business" for Cox Broadcasting. He also served for decades as Business Editor and News Anchor for Cox-owned KTVU (Fox affiliate) in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nigel has more than three decades as a global sales leader in advertising and media companies with a proven track record of delivering double digit revenue grow across multiple industries. His career highlights include leading a sales force of 30 sales executives for all global editions of TIME Magazine for all Asia. Nigel has several postgraduate degrees and has completed executive business courses at Stanford and Insead.
Ian Cameron, Vice President, Client Services:
Ian was the Vice President of Associated Press with global responsibility for AP Images & AP Photos. Formerly, he was the Director of Editorial Sales, Getty Images, Vice President Sales, TV Guide Data Solutions and Sales Director Media, Reuters America. He joins fizwoz with 10+ years of general management, sales and marketing expertise within the Media sector with a heavy concentration in photos. Originally from Canada with a B.A. in History from Concordia University, Montreal; Ian is based in Paris, France.
Mark Jaremko, Vice President, Products: Mark has over 15 years experience developing digital imaging features and products for Microsoft. He was the man behind Insert Picture for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ran several product management teams focusing on digital imaging. Mark is also a professional fine art photographer, has been exhibited in galleries internationally as well as several museum collections. Mark holds a BASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Andrew Finlayson, currently a Knight Scholar at Stanford, has in the past been a Vice President at Fox Chicago and most recently served as a director of online content at the Fox Television Stations group.
Iain Scholnick, Chief Executive Officer of ImageSpan. A visionary and veteran of the Internet and wireless industries, Scholnick brings more than 18 years of technical and operations experience to drive ImageSpan towards its mission of leading the market in licensing and billing automation for media.
Dave Martin, Vice President of Digital Media at Ignited. Martin leads the digital media planning and buying efforts for clients such as Universal Pictures, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, NBC, Bravo, Oxygen, Syfy, USA, and MSNBC. Martin is a thought-leader in the digital media space, focused on the transition of digital media from the PC to the living room, where targetability and measurability will bring an unprecedented level of value for advertisers who currently struggle with time-shifted and fragmented media consumption.
